Our officers in GreenPark Villas already submitted a request to complete the things that HomeMark Inc ought to deliver in our subdivision. However, it has been a month and yet we have not seen any developmental movement from the developer.<br />
<br />
GreenPark Villas in Imus Cavite has not completed its guard house and gate. Our Park and Play ground has not yet completed. In their flyers they advertise a 24 hour security but the guard only secure their warehouse and not the homeowners. <br />
<br />
The EMD office says they are conducting a regular declogging of the drainage canal however, block 1 drainage canal is totally clogged.<br />
<br />
If we lobby a complain against HomeMark, do we have to pay? Or shall the concilliation board mediates on this matter?<br />

I just want to ask what is the legal position of the homeowner for the scenario in a subdivision, one of the lot owner was purchased just to access there 2 hectare of there propoerty which so happen that the only  access by entering to main road of the subdivision and this  propoerty which was not part of the subdivision they break the subdivision wall just to access there lot<br />

     We will conducting an election of our Homeowners association because at present our set of officers are not registered in your office.The name of our Homeowners Association (SITIO DE ASIS HOMEOWNERS) is registered but the set of officers are not. They did not submit any reportorial report or even the minutes of the election they done during the last election.The last reportorial report i have seen in your office are filed by Francisco Noche  and the president and his set of officers, no other transactions.   My question is this does this unregistered set of officers are authorized to collect monthly dues and any fees related to our homeowners association?  and could you give us the listing of requirements to registered a new sets of elected homeowners officers.
