Dear Mr. Bughaw.

Maaari pong mag-file ng kaso o “verified complaint” ang inyong asosasyon laban sa inyong developer para tapusin o kumpletuhin nila ang kanilang proyekto nang naaayon sa approved subdivision plan na isinumite nila sa aming tanggapan. Magsadya lamang po kayo sa aming Regional Office na nakakasakop sa inyong lugar para sa pagpapa-file ng nasabing kaso.
