HOA Registration Unit
HLURB
Sir /Madame:
Greetings!
Hoping for some answers on my queries, to wit:
1. What's the current status of application for
registration as HOA in HLURB. CGHAI is
located in 1901 Zamora St. Pandacan, Manila.
Bgy. 842 Zone-92 District 6 City of Manila ?
Our family is a registered member of this
CGHAI.
2. Can this association conclude a "MOA"-
Memorandum of Agreement with the
land vendor for lot acquisition with pending
HLURB registration as what they put in
MOA.
3. This MOA's main objective is land acqusition
thru SHFC-CMP but the HOA and Vendor
is already asking for the payment of equity
without assuring the vendee of the outcome
of SHFC-CMP ?
4. How can this HOA be involved in SHFC-CMP
with pending HLURB registration ?
