we are a construction firm wanting to build a house in an existing lots located at one developed subdivision by a developer. the land owner wants to sell his lots packaged with our house. as a builder, do we need to secure a license to sell on that type of transaction? its like selling a lot plus our construction services. what is HLURB's ruling on that? the existing lot has already a "license to sell as lot only" according to the developer who developed the land.
