Good day!
Can somebody please do us a favor to explain the correct procedure of turning-over a subdivision to HOA or to the LGU wihout referring us to the regional office, etc?
I noticed that there a lot of queries regarding this matter yet left concretely unanswered. I believe that posting reply directly to this forum could have enlightened more confused concered individuals than just referring to regional offices and then all those who just need to be informed and could find a hard time visiting a distant RO are left unsatisfied.
