I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS MY QUESTION TO THE RIGHT PERSON FROM HLURB RE: LICENSE TO SELL REQUIREMENTS.

IF I AM A BUYER THEN THE DEVELOPER OF THE PROPERTY THAT I'M INTERESTED TO BUY DOESN'T HAVE A LICENSE TO SELL, DESPITE ITS OPERATION FOR ALMOST A MONTH, WHAT COULD BE THE REASON BEHIND IT. What could be the potential risk of buying a unit of a condo at its pre-selling price?
