I am the president of Villa Barretto Homeowners Association Inc PII.
at present our problem dahil sa tagal at prolonged process ng SHFC until now si Mr. Eduardo T. Barretto ay hindi pa nababayaran sa lupa nya VBHOA PIII . So Last Sunday nagpropose sya sa amin na i direct selling na lang kami with additional equity of Php 20,000.00/ square meter/member. Ang Tanong ok ba ito para sa amin at ano ang tamang proseso?.... pls. give us proper guidance. A.S.A.P. Salamat.
