our house and lot is in the name of my wife. my is the who is in the masterlist of our homeowners. absolutely, me too wth my wife paid for the ammortization, dues and other financial obligation in our HOA. it is 2 times i intent to run for HOA positions. but i was disqualified, allegedly my wife is the member and not me. May i know if it is true? What particular laws or issuance, resolution available to support this alligations? If the above, is not true. what also laws, inssuance or resolution available.
