Hi,
i would like to ask if this developer is registered or not. They gave me a xerox copy of their application for LTS but i was not sure if it was fabricated or not:
Project Name: Villa Sole Condominium
Developer: Earth Chef, Inc.
Address: 452 Amang Rodriguez Ave., Pasig City
the building is not yet finished but the 1st and 2nd floor can be occupied already. they told me that i can move in already so i did. but now, they want me to pay a monthly fee and i am not sure if it is LEGAL OR NOT. i have already paid the downpayment in full and just waiting for the pag-ibig loan to be approved.
i really need someone's advise on this. thanks in advance.
