To all our HOA clients,
I would like to express my sincerest apology to all our clients whose queries and clarifications I was not able to answer promptly. This is due to the voluminous office tasks needed to be done and the general public we accommodate everyday personally or through phone calls we receive at our Office in Quezon City.
Rest assured that I will be answering your queries as accurately and to the best as I can during my free time. But for those of you whose queries and clarifications need a deeper explanation or those requesting for legal advices or opinions, I would suggest that you direct your letter to our Legal Services Group (LSG) headed by Atty. Cesar A. Manuel.
