Online database of LS, Project Names, etc

I was browsing through HLURB's online database of Project Names, Developers' Names, LS Numbers, etc.
I was trying to find the project/subdivision where we recently purchased a house and lot from a certain developer. I tried typing the project name, but there were no records found. So I tried typing the developer's name. However, my search only came up with their previous subdivision project (LS number and all).
Does this mean that they don't have a license to sell (for our subdivision) or that the project is somehow fraudulent?
