Dear Miss Sara:

We wish to advise you that your case, an individual who is engaged in build and sell of housing project, as you have presented in your e mail o is not within the jurisdiction of this Office. Our mandate is protection of buyers in subdivision and condominium projects.

Considering further that a estafa, as you have said, is already filed against you in the regular court, please see a lawyer who will advice you on the matter.
