If it is, I would suggest that you drop by at their Office at Banco De Oro Plaza, 8737 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City or you may call them up at telephone numbers 893-4371 / 893-2947 / 893-7143 for all your concerns, queries, and problems regarding your housing project.
The SHFC is lead government agency that undertakes financing of social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket. It is also in charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) and the Abot-Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program (amortization support and developmental financing program.
