HOA Records still with SEC

Dear Mr. Calzado,

Since our HOA is not yet registered or enrolled with HLURB but is registered with SEC can our HOA still exercise its function legally? If there are issues to be resolved within the HOA will SEC still entertain this issues or should it be HLURB?

With the transfer of HOA jurisdiction from SEC to HLURB were the HOA records not automatically transfered as well?
