I would like to inquire if HLURB is also in-charged on the registration of easement of right-of-way for subdivisions? The scenario is this: Two subdivisions, let's just say Subd. A & Subd. B, Subd. A would like to register for easement of the right of way on the property of Subd. B. What would be the procedure? Secondly, if Subd. A would like to register for easement, which is within its property. Is it still need to be registered with the HLURB? Thank you.
