hi,

anybody who has an idea re the water system inside the subdivision on who is the legitimate owner. is it the homeowners or a 3rd party company? currently, what is happenning to our subdivision is the 3rd party runs it. my personal opinion is and i believe that it is the property of the homeowners, isn't it? please enlighten me.
