HLURB - HOA - ENCRFO
SIr, we have homewoners that dont pay mothly dues from the start, there are also deliquent members who dont pay for a year now. We are a registered HOA for 3 years and Active HOA as we submit/comply with HLURB. Obligations of not attending meetings, not supporting projects and they deliver wrong messages againts the HOA.
We have started sanctioning these members 1) Not collecting garbage
2) We started not attending to their grievances or security concerns
and they are not given barangay clearances. As per majority,
the HOA is still soft on this.
These are covered by resolutions and have a arranged a meeting with the Barangay Chairman who is supportive.
Please comment if we re on the right track or give us some legal stategies to handle these situation.
Our vision is still to have a peaceful subdivision and more pariticipation from Homeowners..
