You may write a formal letter to our Regional Director, Jesse A. Obligacion regarding your request. We cannot promise if we could send a resource person because we currently lack in personnel who may attend the said affair and it still depends on the availability of the said person, considering the number of tasks and responsibilities we need to accommodate at our Office, inlcuding walk-in and phone-in queries by the general public.
Nevertheless, I would suggest that your homeowners' association secure a copy of our manuals at our Library entitled;
1.) 2004 Rules of Procedure of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board;
2.) Rules on Registration and Supervision of Homeowners Associations;
3.) Framework for Governance of Homeowners' Associations.
These reading materials which are very informative and provides helpful guidelines for Homeowners' Associations are also available for downloading from our website.
