Good day to you! We just received our Certification for the Filing of our by-Laws last 06/11/2008, released by Jesse Obligacion, Regional Director under Registration No. 04-109.
We are now preparing to inform all our homeowners about this by way of a general assembly. In relation, we would like to know if we could invite any officer or resource speaker from your agency to explain the significance of having the HA registered to the HLURB, and to answer the Q&A's of our homeowners; e.g., what kind of matters or disputes should we bring forth to your agency?
