From what I understand of the law (Sec 18 of RA7279) in relation to Board Resolution 811, joint venture projects as a means of complying with the 20% socialized housing requirement are once again limited to those entered into by and between a developer and LGUs or Housing Agecies.
But does this totally preclude joint venture projects between, let's say two (or more) developers and a LGU, or one between a developer, a NGO and an LGU, for example.
