Dear Mr. Custodio,

Pleas be advised that it is ONLY the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) who has exclusive jurisdiction over intra-corporate affairs and disputes of Homeowners' Associations as mandated by Section 26 of Republic Act 8763.

We hope we have enlightened you on the matter.

Respectfully yours,

ROMMEL N. CALZADO
REGISTRATION OFFICER II
HLURB - HOA - ENCRFO
