what can i do if it was proven that there are some details in plan that was not followed by the contractor? I bought a house and lot package from my developer. so the contractor is under the supervision of my developer.
Due to the alteration in the architectural plan of the house, it resulted to defects like cracks all over the ceiling and walls. when i had it inspected by an engineer from my developer, he confirmed that there are steel bars that are missing in the reinforcement of the walls. meaning to say, tinipid yung bahay namin. may areas na kulang ng steel bars kaya puro crack yung pader. i complained to my developer and its been almost two months and nothing happens. and it seems like they are avoiding me. i dont receive any reply thru text, call or email anymore. gusto ko sanang humingi na lang ng compensation (cash) for the damages and inconvenience kesa antayin pa sila na i-repair yung buong bahay. and i don trust their contractors anymore. i will look for my own na lang. by the way, almost all the homeowners are complaining about the workmanship of the contractor. pls help.
