I'm a concerned homeowners of MCC Luxury Phase 3 Homeowners Association, Inc. located at Phase 3 Luxury Series Mabuhay City Mamatid Cabuyao, Laguna. i just would like to ask why do you put disclaimer on the cerfication you issue? This is the exact paragraph, " Relative thereto, this office does not assume any responsibility as regards the veracity and authenticity of the aforementioned douments submitted to us and as to whether the same are in accordance with the provision of the by-laws of the association". Is this certification can also be called as the "certification of recognition of the duly elected officers"?
