DMCI MAYFIELD PARK
SARI – SARI STORES & SPARTAN GANG
Sari-sari stores abound in Mayfield Park!! Outsiders & squatters come in & play basketball & swim in our pool!! Myra, a japayuki & operator of the store in front of the clubhouse, has formed a gang called MAYFIELD SPARTANS with the help of Eric of the PMO!! Composed of jobless residents, mostly squatters, jologs & basketball players! They terrorize residents who are for the removal of Myra’s sari-sari store!! According to them they are untouchable since Buboy, the PMO manager is given a monthly “lagay” & drinks beer with them!! We think this is true since Buboy allowed the store to operate in the first place & has given it numerous extensions!! We heard during the last meeting, which we failed to attend since notice wasn’t given to everyone, they were going to conduct a survey if the residents will allow the sari-sari stores to operate!! Then the residents will petition DMCI to change the Master Deed. Why is this so if it is illegal in the first place & against homeowner’s rules?? Why is Buboy bending the rules for Myra & the SPARTANS up to the point of changing the Master Deed???
Many units in Mayfield are now for rent or for sale!! The SPARTANS smoke & drink beer in front of Myra’s store & in the hallways & stairs! They terrorize the residents complaining against them! They don’t listen to the guards!! We feel that we are living in the squatters areas in Tondo! We have to turn over the project to the homeowners’ & hire a new manager who will be responsive to the majority’s welfare!! We have informed DMCI of this problem before but they have not done anything! This is being reported to HLURB. This will be posted in all internet real estate websites! If DMCI really cares about its business & customers it should step in & replace Buboy & restore peace & order in Mayfield & close all the sari-sari stores, etc. All maintenance personnel know about this since they buy from these stores & hang out there during working hours!
They are also charging condo dues of P1,680 per month without issuing official receipts only acknowledgement receipts & without an official homeowners association!!!
