Sir/Madam:

Im just asking for the turn over of the condominium to condominium corporation/association, how many percent po ba ang dapat na occupied unit sa isang bldg. bago po nila ma e turnover sa association?

Ang common area lightings po ba ay sagutin na po ng unit owner ang bayarin kahit hindi pa po nila na e turnover sa association?
