Gentlemen,
First I would like to verify the status of our HOA namely "Parkway Village Assosiation Inc." located at Bgy A. Samson, Quezon City. Our HOA was initially registered with SEC Reg. No. 47084 on March 27, 1970 and amended last July 19, 1987.
Secondly, I would like to seek your advice on the following matter. If there are residents/homeowners who are not satisfied with the present HOA and would like to donate or turnover the subdivision to the Local Govenment or Barangay how do we proceed to initiate this move?
