Jeepney Parking inside a Subdivision

MAdam/Sir,

A homeowner has a number of jeepney business and is increasing that its like a TERMINAL/PARKING.

Do the HOA allow? Ask special mainteneance dues? or create
a resolution not to allow?

Will anyone from this forum advise how do you handle this similar
situation ..
