Sir/Madam,

My name is Raul Bayker, and has an account in Eastwood Greenview in Rodriguez Rizal,

I just received a mail from Acerhomes stating:

Your acct at EG was affected by a new BIR ruling increasing VAT rate.

Will someone out there, where can i verify this issue and how much would be the increase and is there any exemption for OFW?
