I am a buyer of a residential lot at Edar Ridge Subd. in Sto. Tomas Batangas, and I have finished my five year term amortization of the said lot since January 2008 ,but up to this time they are not yet issuing me the deed of sale and a certification that I am fully paid. I have asked them about it , but keeps on promising that they will give it to me.Five years has passed and the status of the subdivision doesnt change, still theres no electricity and no improvement on the entrance to the subdivision thats why we cannot attempt to construct our house their.
I am appealing to the board to kindly look into this subdivision with EA II Corporation as the developer
