Good Afternoon!
I am an owner of a property in Fanatsy World - Condotel1 in Batangas. The unit was fully paid in 1998 (* though not sure but its fully paid already) but to this date, hindi pa nila turn-over sa akin... I've been sending them letters requesting for the turn over but to no avail. I've been visiting their office in Pasay City and even the place itself in Lemery Batangas, but there are reasons, na wala ang Engineer, wala ang President, wala ang in-Charge.. etc etc...
Sir, i would like to ask from your good office what to do with the ECE Realty Inc... I heard a lot of negative feedbacks about them, even the project - Fantasy World.. will they be given still permit to exist while they cannot serve their clients well?
Is it valid reason if the Engineer is absent? the president is sick? the HR Head is out? the Admin personnel is not authorized to divulge Celfon numbers of personnel in-charge of the project? Who is more important? the Executives of the Company or their Clients who believed in their "sales talk" and entrust their (our) hard earned money?...
The last time i was in the project site was Nov. 2007. The building has many cracks, nakakatakot tirahan... very discouraging....
