Sir, I appreciate your answers to one othe the thread
of this forum Item 3 question was; is is it important for the assocaition
to be registered at HLURB?
It is answerd that HLURB advantage is for the welfare of homeowners. Am concerened on how HLURB can help also HOA Officers againts
non-supportive homewoners who are not doing their responsibilities
in monthly dues, meeting attendances, not supporting the projects and
againts having an association and dares the association...
