I hope you guys can help me out. I have a lot in Nueva Ecija which I subdivided into smaller lots,it consists of 17 lots ranging from 100 to 140 sq.m. Most of my buyers will buy the lots thru Pagibig,problem is I am not a developer and so what will I do since a HLURB clearance is needed so that the loan applications of my buyers will be accepted.
