Question po. Is it alright to pay for association dues even if the entire village is still under the developer? Bale po condo-village po ito and the percentage of turnover is around 10% palang po.
There's still no homeowners association created since maliit pa lang po ang percentage ng turnover. Administration of the entire village is under the developer pa rin. Construction of other buildings is still on-going.
The administration office of the developer is asking us for "Association Dues" kahit wala pang nabubuong homeowner's asso. At tumataas po ang association dues namin (2 years pa lang po itong village since its initial turnover) every year.
Please enlighten me on this matter.
