I would like to request assistance with our problem on monthly dues.
The ground floor of our house is being rented and each of them have their own water meters and electric meters.
Our HOA is billing us for monthly dues way back 2003 to 2007 since they are claiming that they made a mistake that they should have billed the two doors as well with monthly dues . I told them that I could no longer track our tenants to confirm since most of them are already out of the country. Based on my records , I was able to keep some of the bills which the tenants gave me before leaving the house. I saw from the bills that there are payments of monthly dues in some and none for some since they ar enot being billed. But based on the excel file which the HOA gave me, the tenants do not have payments from 2003 to 2007 .
I ask from them a copy of their billings which they sent to our tenants so I can verify but until now, they were not able to deliver what we are requesting for . The officer even told me that they do not keep receipts in their office because their space is already small and that it will take a lot of space.
There are still a lot of unsettled issues between us and the officer of our HOA and with this, I would like to request for your assistance.
