Hi my husband and I are currently reviewing the contract to sell provided to us by PSALM PROPERTY VENTURE & DEV'T CORP. we already paid partial amount of the downpayment...we would like to know if this developer has a License to sell and and when is the completion of this project since it is not stated in the contract isn't it needed in the contract?.
