I would just like to ask the following questions regarding some comments on a meeting we had with our developer:
1. As mandated in PD957 Rule I Section 1C Paragraph B2, since we are a village of more than 2000+, we are entitled sa commercial center, multi-purpose centers, and tricycle terminals. However, ang palusot samin ng developer ay inaapply daw kame separately sa HLURB kaya we dont meet that number. Iisang village lang kame, na hinati sa 10 phases. Kung inapply man nila ng hiwahiwalay sa HLURB, bottomline iisang subdivision lang ito, which is why we are fighting for these amenities to be delivered. Can you comment about this.
2. We have a HOA already for almost 5 years now but developer is still holding seats in our board. Ok lang daw ibigay na sa amin yung 5 seats pero tatanggalin na nila yung share nila like streetlights, guards, etc. Should this be the case, or whats the option? If there are still open lots, they should pay for its HOA dues right? But how about dun sa mga na-ilit ng bank or mga homeowners na hindi naman na mahagilap, baka bigla mawalan ng pondo ang HOA.
3. Like what I mentioned above, may iisa lang kame clubhouse for more than 2000+ homeowners. Moreover, yung pamamalakad nito, pati ng main gate guards namin ay under ng developer. Hindi kinikilala ng mainguards ang HOA, at pag may gulo laging tinuturo kame sa developer makipagusap. Pati yung clubhouse hindi properly manage, imbis na homeowners ang makinabang, mga outsiders pa ang nakakagamit. Mayroon ba kaming right to insist na we should start managing these guards and clubhouse, or at least visibility and inputs on how it should be manage. More than 8 years na ang village namin, until now ayaw nila kame isali to such affairs.
