Good day po. My family live in Subdivision that operates its own water
system. However, the water being supplied is not fit to human
consumption since it is not treated. The Homeowners Association are
planning to take over the system and coordinate with the Local Water
District so that we be provided of clean, safe and potable water. Ask
ko lang po if there is a law that mandates the Developer of the
Subdivision to turn-over the water system to the Homeowners
assocaitaion after a period of time? Your reply po will be very
important to us.
