Please answer the following questions.

1. What is the difference between registering homeowners association in sec and hlurb?

2. If the association is registered at the sec, will it be automatically registered at the hlurb?

3. Is it important for the association in a newly constructed subdivision is registered at hlurb?

4. What will the implication if the said association is not registered in hlurb?

5. If the developer is not helping the homeowners in forming an association, can hlurb help facilitate the homeowners to form a legitimate association in anticipation of the up coming turnover of the subdivision?

6. Is it true that the open spaces and roads inside the newly constructed private subdivision have to be turned over to the local government instead of the association?

7. If the association in a private subdivision opted to donate the roads to the local government, what will happen? Are roads that are not donated to the local government subject to tax?

8. Is a developer required to supply potable water to the residents?

9. If after potable water from water concessionaire is ready to supply water in one subdivision and a problem arise, can hlurb intervene?

I hope you can answer all my questions. If one day we decide to visit hlurb to ask more questions relating to what are mentioned above, who is the person we will look for?

Maraming salamat po.
