Just would like to ask where to file a complaint regarding the construction of my unit? We bought a house a lot in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, we saw how the construction was done and we are not satisfied. They poured the foundations even with clays and rebars submerged with water into it, the foundation is very shallow. Buildings are leaning which is risky/prone if an earthquake occurs. The roofing is very thin instead of what is specified on the plans. I also think that the developers are in connivance with Pag-ibig inspectors, because our unit was taken out despite that the construction is not yet complete. I think during the time that they have inspected and taken out the unit, we still don't have roof and walls on the 2nd floor.
