I read in this forum that a homeowners association previously registered with the SEC need not register anew with HLURB but instead enroll said SEC-registered homeowners association. I also read that the primary requirements in enrolling are the certified true copies of all documents submitted with the SEC. It was not clear though if we have to accompany these with the ffg: a) undertaking and list of incorporators, b) information sheet, c) certification, and d) authorization just like those required with a new registration of a homeowners association.

A quick response will be highly appreciated.
