Hi,
We have inherited land in our province, we pay our tax dues every year but visit the land only once a year because we all live in Manila and because of our job. Our last visit there which was few days ago, we realized that there is a road constructed within our land area and we were not approached in any means by the people involved in the construction. We are planning to subdivide the land between siblings but we don't know now how we should do it. How do we deal with the situation and which authority should we go to? Please help because I don't think this is right.
