JUST WANNA ASK ,WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS IN APPLYING FOR A LICENSE TO SELL? I WAS ABLE TO BUY A PORTION OF A CERTAIN LOT HERE IN BOHOL AND WHEN I PROCESSED IT FOR TITLING THEY REQUIRE ME WITH THIS LICENSE TO SELL. AS A BUYER, WOULD IT BE OKEY IF I WILL BE THE ONE TO SECURE SAID DOCUMENT OR IT HAS TO BE THE SELLER? THANKS A LOT
