My kids are taking swimming lessons at Bert Lozada at Philippine Christian School of Tomorrow PCST (former Manila Japanese School) located inside Levitown executive village in Better Living Paranque. Everytime the parents will bring their kids to the school using private cars they have to pass by the guard house and the guard collects Php20.00 per entry. They dont get your license or any valid ID or log your cars. They just collect the Php20.00 and give you OR. The road stretching from the guard house going to PCST is very short and I dont see any good valid reason why we have to pay the fee for every entry. I asked them what is the Php20.00 for? They just told us toll fee. For what?Asssociation dues? What??!!! Why do visitors and students of PCST have to pay the fee? Hindi ba nagbabayad ang mga homeowners nila ng association dues kaya sa mga student/visitors ng school nila chinacharge. Php20.00 may not be big but if you have kids who are studying there for summer classes malaki na yon lalo na kung hatid sundo. Posh villages like Ayala Alabang, Dasmarinas village, Bel air, San Lorenzo village dont collect money. They get the ID for security purposes. So dito sa village na ito, kahit kidnapper, carnapper, magnanakaw makakapasok basta magbayad ng Ph20.00. Di ba? YUng tricycle wwalang bayad. Ok lang kung heavylift trucks and vans magbayad kasi obvsious they can cause road destruction. Pero light private vehicles tapos student pa ng school eh magbabayad for every entry. In fact we I live in Betterliving din so sana man lang may consideration sila sa mga nearby villages nila di ba? I tried to call the telephone nbrs in the OR they issued to us. Unfortunately, ilang araw na ako tumatawag, ring lang ng ring. Then I submitted a complain to Barangay Don Bosco hoping they could help me pero pinasa lang nila ako sa dito sa HLRUB?Can somebody help me on this. Marami nagcocomplain pero wala naman nag file. Please help me on this. Sakit sa ulo tong ganitong gawain ng isang association ng Levitown Village. Ang lalaki ng mga bahay kaya di ko maisip bakit visitors and students ang magbabayad ng association dues nila.
By the way,I would like to check kung legal ba tong JOINT INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CORP TEL 8136651/52 . Kasi kahit anong tawag ko walang sumasagot. Feeling ko display lang yung number. Nakausap ko na rin yung director ng village at tanging sagot lang niya sa Ph20.00 eh sa dues daw. PLEASE REPLY ASAP. thanks
