Hi im planning to buy a townhouse unit here in qc and when i ask about yun mga license to sell they say hindi na kailangan. Im not sure if baka fly by night developers ito or legitimate developers that really are exempted sa HLURB reqts. If anyone can give me a list on how a developer can be exempted from HLURB requirements i would be most grateful. this is my first time to buy a house so i want to cover all bases. thank you
