We have purchased a 1Bedroom type condo unit in Nobleland Ventures, Inc. the project is Exchange Regency situated in Ortigas,Pasig. we have paid Reservation Fee of PHP25,000 on April 06, 2008. Since we are based in abroad, we would like to know the legality of the project. i cant find Nobleland Ventures, Inc here in the list of developers in HLURB. can you please verify for us the legality of this developer as well although they have provided us with a copy of the HLURB OR # 0071829 H issued on October 24 2007 signed by Ms. Emilie E. Pizzaro-Collecting Officer with a total payment of Nobleland Ventures at the amount of PHP 393,963.08 (CR/LS - PHP390,062.46 and UPLR-PHP3900.62 as breakdown of the said payment).
And furthermore, can we know also the credibility of a certain person whom we are transacting with? He sent us copies of a letter from Ortigas Center Association, Inc. ; Bgy Clearance Certificate/Building Permit-issued by the Bgy Captain of Bgy Sto Antonio, Pasig.
Can you please help us before we proceed in paying the Down Payment on May 2008.
