bought a property in a subdivision that was advertising amenities with clubhouse, basketball court, swimming pool, cabanas, garden with gazebo and children's playground. after yrs of complaining that they never built it, they are going ahead with the project only to tell us that they will alter it and will only build basketball court, chiildren's playground and kiddie pool. can they just do this? shouldn't we get what we actually paid for? we paid premium on the property bec of the location that is supposed to be very close to these amenities. where can homeowners file a complain against this developer?
