a few years ago, we bought a property in one of the subdivisions in cebu. we paid the premium price on it because of the location where it is supposed to be located very close to the amenities. back then, the company listed the amenities would include a clubhouse, swimming pool, garden with gazebo, children's playground and basketball court. after years of complaining for not building the promised amenities, the developer decided to change the plans to just children's playground, kiddie pool and basketball court. my question is, can they just do that? they are falsely advertsing their project and intentionally deceiving us the buyers. we paid the right amount for the planned project, shouldnt we get what we actually paid for?
