Tanong naman po, kasi ganito po ang nangyarinag reserve po ako ng house at nag start mag hulog for the down payment. Bale nakaka 3 months pa lang po ako maghulog. Pero wala pa po ako napipirmahan any documents eg. contract to sell etc. kungdi yung reservation fee agreement. Mababawi ko pa po ba yung hinulog ko for 3 months.
