A condo project with CR & LS before the effectivity of RA 7279 (Jan. 1992) had a construction development for several years but was stopped and to be sold.
Q? If I would buy the project/property, what would I do as the new developer?
1. Re-license the project? or just transfer the permits & licenses from previous developer to the new developer?
2. Do I need to secure development permit?
Need to be appraised.
