hello po! I would like to inquire po if the company is liable for the misrepresentation made by their employee? I had a bad experience with a well-known developer. may kilala po ako na staff ng developer and she convinced me to buy the property and she said that my brother can act as my agent, my brother will be under a broker and he will get 3% commission. after paying the downpayment my brother only got a partial of the commission. I learned from the broker that the developer's employee took the full commission.In short ibinulsa ng empleyado nila yung portion ng commission. I made claims about this but the director for sales (of the developer) said that they are not liable for their employee's actions.Accdg to the director for sales, its their employee's fault. Nagwork din po ako sa real estate and as far as i know, the company is liable for any representations made by their employees. Hindi po pwedeng pag may ginawang tama yung employee nila all praises sila pero pag mali hands off sila. I have documents to prove na yung employee nila ay may ginawang mali. Tama po ba?pwede po ba ako maghabol sa developer? and lastly, meron po bang na-violate na law ang executive ng developer?Thank you very much.
